Within the rush of modern daily life, our emotional health is often neglected and this can begin to impact on our well being. I would like to offer you a safe space to sit and talk through whatever may be weighing heavy on your shoulders. I believe that what helps people, is the experience of being able to process feelings, emotions and memories with someone who is warm and empathic, and can gently offer insight.

I am able and have worked with both adolescents(14+) and adults.
My training was a specialised training in Child and adolescent counselling, which means a lot of the theory was based on Attachment (our early relationships with our caregivers) and Psychodynamic theory (How our early life affect us).
I have specific interest in the following areas:

Settings Ive worked in: I have worked with people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures. Including children and adolescents and the elderly.
-University specialist mental health mentor.
-University Specialist ASD & ADHD mentor.
-Specialist counsellor for Disabled and Chronically ill clients.
-Large City centre counselling organisation working with adults 18+.
- Youth charity organisation.
-Child and Adolescent counselling Psychotherapy service; with children from mainstream schools and those in special needs school and foster care.

-Post graduate diploma Integrative Psychotherpeutic counselling.
-Graduate certificate in Integrative counselling.
